Clean and devein the sems. In a Bowl add sem, add water to cover SEM also salt, haldi and red choli powder. Keep this on gas and cook up to bit soft. keep aside
In a bowl add rice, cumin, poppy seeds, garlic and red chili for 30 mins
Then make a smooth paste out of it
When sem is cooled strain it. In a mixing bowl add cooked sem and paste. Taste and salt, haldi and red chili powder as pee taste. Also add besan to it and mix to coat on the sem
Heat tawa and spread oil on it
Place one one sem on the tawa and cook up to crispy
Do the same with other coated sem
